RETURN POLICY
We really hope you enjoy your purchase, but in the event that you are unsatisfied for whatever reason, we're here to help. 

We offer exchanges within 14 business days of receiving your order. All items must be in sellable condition, unworn and complete with all original packaging and tags. Please note that ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE, AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

You are responsible for covering the cost to return your item(s). Aliette is not liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.

Please keep any proof of postage. It is also suggested to use a service that provides tracking options when shipping your returns.

SHIPPING


All items will be shipped within 7 business days from the date of purchase , Unless stated otherwise. All packages require a signature upon delivery please make sure that a person who is 18 or older is available to accept and sign for your package.

International orders are sent via USPS. Shipping rates and times depend on the final destination location and country. We try our best to make sure duties on our shipments remain low but some duties may still apply.
